Background Checks

All chaperones, host families, and adult volunteers undergo comprehensive background checks before participating in any exchange activities.

Student Supervision

Students are supervised at all times during group activities. Host families are vetted and trained on safety protocols. A minimum chaperone-to-student ratio is maintained throughout the program.

Travel Documentation

All participants must have valid passports, travel insurance, and signed parental/guardian consent forms. Medical information and emergency contacts are collected and kept confidential.

Emergency Protocols

Detailed emergency plans are in place for each hosting location. Chaperones carry emergency contact lists, local hospital information, and embassy contacts at all times.

Data Privacy

Personal information of students, families, and volunteers is handled in accordance with privacy best practices. Data is only shared with authorized committee members as needed.

24/7 Contact

During exchange periods, a dedicated committee member is available 24/7 for any emergencies or concerns from students, host families, or parents.
